Leave All To Him

 

Sharing a little thought from Streams In The Desert today......

........when we are in the darkness there can be a temptation to find a way out without trusting the Lord and simply relying on Him. 

Instead of letting Him help us out, we try to help ourselves out. We seek the advice of friends or come to conclusions of our own reasoning. We might be tempted to accept a way of deliverance which might not be of God at all. 

Beloved, don't try to get out of a dark place except in God's time and in God's way.

Times of trouble are meant to teach you lessons that you need.

Premature deliverance from trouble may frustrate God's work of grace in your life.

Just commit the whole situation to Him.

Be willing to abide in the darkness so long as you have His presence.

Cease meddling with God's plan and will.

If we touch anything of His, we mar the work.

You may move the hands of a clock to suit you, but you don't really change the time, you simply do more harm than good.

You can force open a little rose bud, but in so doing you ruin the flower.

Leave it all to Jesus.....hands down.

Thy will O Lord....not mine.
